Are there any hidden charges?

No, all insurances and taxes are included in our price so you can travel safe in the knowledge that you are fully covered for all eventualities. There is a charge for the petrol that is payable locally. Optional extras such as one way rentals, childseats and ski racks are again a local charge.

I have points on my licence, can i still drive?

Speeding offences are fine. Any other offences should be checked with us before booking.

What happens if i do not have a credit card?

All drivers must have a valid credit card in their own name in order to rent the car. Valid photo identification may also be required. Please contact our reservations department for clarification.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

As long as we have your flight number at least 7 days before your departure date then the supplier will hold the car for you.

If i return the vehicle early will i receive a refund for unused days?

Unfortunately, no refunds are given if the vehicle is returned early regardless of the circumstances. You may be able to claim from your travel insurance and we will provide any documentation you may require.

What documentation do i need?

Upon collection of your vehicle the lead driver must produce our car rental voucher (proof of payment), a valid credit card (for security deposit) and a full and valid driving licence. Old and new licence styles are accepted, however if you do have the new licence please remember to bring both the card and document. You may also be asked to present your passport. Please note all additional drivers must also produce their driving licence.

Can you provide childseats?

Child seats are available from our suppliers locally at a cost of approx. £8.00 per day per seat and must be requested at the time of booking. Childseat prices and availability are subject to change without notice. A lot of our customers do take their own..

Can I request a certain type of car?

Unfortunately, we can never guarantee the make or model of any vehicle, this is why we state it would be that vehicle 'or similar'. This is the same for most if not all of our competitors..
